If you’re working with a 5.1 surround project, you can use distinct plug-in settings for each channel (separate EQ settings for the front and surround speakers, for example) using effect automation. The Audio Plug-In dialog is displayed to allow you to edit the chain. Once you have added all of the plug-ins and specified the plug-in chain order, click the OK button. ![]() ![]() To reorder the plug-ins within the chain, drag a plug-in button to a new location, or click the Move Plug-In Left or Move Plug-In Right buttons. The plug-ins appear at the top of the window in the order in which you added them. Select each plug-in you want to add and click the Add button, or browse to an FX package. When no effects exist on a track, clicking the Track FX button displays the Plug-In Chooser.Ĭlick the Plug-In Chain button to display the Plug-In Chooser. The Track FX button is displayed in gray when a track does not have effects assigned. Click the Track FX button on the track where you want to add effects.
